I'm William. I design, build, and ship everything you see. Projects are taken one at a time so every client gets the full attention a craftsperson owes the work. No account managers, no handoffs.

Before WOW Creates, I shipped products across hospitality, fitness, and health. Peptide Pulse is the current flagship and the proving ground for the studio's approach: dense, considered, built on modern tooling.

Before you write,
you might be wondering…

Most projects run 4–12 weeks. We start with a short discovery call, a written proposal with scope and fixed pricing, then move into design → build → launch. You have direct access to me the entire time. No account managers, no handoffs.
Marketing sites typically land between $8k–$25k. Brand systems from $5k. Custom apps vary widely with scope, so I'll always give a fixed-scope quote before any work begins, and you'll know the number before you commit.
Yes. Most of our clients are on the mainland or abroad. We work async with a weekly live check-in. The Honolulu address is where the studio lives; the work happens everywhere.
You do. On final payment, all deliverables (source code, design files, brand assets) transfer to you in full. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio, and that's it.
We offer a simple monthly retainer for updates, small features, hosting oversight, and emergencies, or you can go standalone and return when you need us. Either way, we stay available.
Sometimes. We keep a short waitlist and have room for one rush project per quarter. Email us with your deadline and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it work.
